For product complaints, include the exact item name and what was wrong with it, like bad taste, unusual smell, leakage, or an expired date.

If available, include the guest or customer email so we can contact them directly for more information or help with a refund.

Please include enough detail for our team to verify the issue and follow up if necessary.
